Party Information

 

To book a party please confirm date requested and then complete booking form and forward to address shown with £50/£80 deposit.  If paying by cheque the remaining balance is required 2 weeks prior to party, cash can be paid on the day of the party.

Currently the hall is available on  Saturday pm.

All Parties are tailor made to your requests, so if there is something that you would prefer please let us know prior to the party.

 

You will need to provide your own food and drink as food is not included in any of the  party options.  You will also need to provide a

Pass the Parcel and 5/6 small prizes for the games (can be sweets or chocolates).

There is a small kitchen  but cooking facilities are not  available.  There is also a fridge.  There are tables and chairs available.  However, you will need to bring all that is necessary for the food time eg. Plates, cups, tablecloths etc.

 

All rubbish must be disposed of, no facilities are

available at the hall.

 

An extra 30 min is allowed for setting up and

clearing away. 

 

You will be sent a confirmation of the booking once the deposit and booking form is received.  The invites and party bags will be sent to you  3-4 weeks prior to the party.

 

Please Note:

Responsibility and supervision for the

children is that of the person organising the party and NOT of that of Little Steps Gym.
